Daily Recap: Thursday, April 25th

Softball:

Throughout the season, Freshman Alex Pleasic and Sophomore Jenny Schneider have made their mark on the mound.

They have combined to pitched in every game for the Indians and have been a big part of the team’s 7-4 start.

On Wednesday afternoon, it was the bats of these two underclassman that propelled Pascack Valley to an 8-2 win over Teaneck.

Pleasic had a two run home run while Jenny Schneider added a solo bomb. The bats came alive today with eight of the nine Indian hitters having at least one hit

This was a solid all around performance today for Pascack Valley. If Pleasic and Schneider can become consistent power hitters on an otherwise small team, look out for this team down the road.

Pascack Valley 8, Teaneck 2

Record: 8-4

Next Game: Monday, April 29th at 4:15 PM against Tenafly (Away)
